Jonathan M. Snyder

Jonathan M. Snyder practices primarily in the areas of probate law, business and civil litigation, Landlord/Tenant issues, and criminal defense. He has the well-honed ability to narrow down issues and pinpoint the facts. Jonathan is a skilled trial attorney and aggressive litigator. From drafting wills to defending large companies in complex litigation, Jonathan gives each of his clients individual time and attention to come up with a legal solution specifically tailored to meet their goals.
Jonathan received dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in Political Science and Economics. He graduated from the Washburn University School of Law in 2010, with honors, and earned the Business and Transactional Law Certificate. While in law school, Jonathan clerked at Henson, Hutton, Mudrick & Gragson, LLC, in Topeka where he was offered an associate position upon graduation. Since he graduated in 2010, Jonathan has distinguished himself as a force to be reckoned with in the Courtroom.

Sarah C. Snyder
Attorney at Law
Sarah Snyder focuses her practice entirely on family law issues.
She started her sole practice, Snyder Law, LLC, in December of 2013 and has served hundreds of clients in the Topeka, Lawrence, and surrounding areas. Sarah teamed up with her husband, Jonathan, in mid-2018 and founded Snyder & Snyder. She is passionate about her cases and strives to help families find peace and stability.
Sarah received her undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri in Kansas City, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor at Washburn University, School of Law in 2012. She spent her third year of law school as an intern in the Children and Family Law Clinic, where she advocated for indigent clients in divorce, custody and adoption proceedings. In 2012 Sarah was chosen by the faculty to receive the Irvine E. Ungerman Award of Excellence. Sarah further distinguished herself by earning the Family Law Certificate by successfully completing a focused course of study.
